The phrase just makes me laugh. And if it doesn't make you laugh, then clearly there is something seriously wrong with you. Or me. But I am betting on you.
It is one of the finer examples of childhood nomenclature. Sad to think that in some alternate universe, kids are stuck with "pipple nipple."
This is one of those had-to-grow-up-in-America-to-appreciate-it jokes, isn't it?
